We offer annual discounts as well as special pricing for non-profits and large companies with more than 2,000 employees.

Not that you’ll want to, but canceling our service is painless. There are no minimum contracts for Clarity Wave — cancel at any time without penalties or guilt trips. If you prepaid for a year to take advantage of our 10% discount, we’ll refund any unused months. We never keep a single dollar we haven’t earned.

Easy! If you have small fluctuations in the number of employees we can price your annual rate with a little “padding” in either direction. This means that if you add a few, we won’t nickel and dime you to death and the same goes if you lose a few. Depending on the number of initial users we’ll work with you on that padding number.

Don’t worry, we will refund any unused full months and you even get to keep the discount. We don’t keep any money we have not earned.

No. We want you to hire our service every month because you love it, not because you’re contractually obligated. If Clarity Wave is not for you, just let us know and we’ll cancel your service.

We accept all major credit cards. If you’d like us to accept purchase orders or any other kind of offline payment, please contact us and we’ll work with you.

No. There are no set up fees. You only pay for the actual service, once we launch the system in your organization.
