Work-life balance is something that is very difficult to define and create in your life, and the only way to make it work is to make it work for you and find a way to make it work for your life. If you work remotely, you will find the challenges to be different than if you work in an office. You will find that balancing your life becomes your responsibility and you need to set up a system that works for you and your specific situation. One way to do this is to take small steps to move your work-life balance in the direction that you want. You can start by taking small steps to incorporate healthy habits into your schedule and then eventually, when you feel comfortable with that, you can move on to incorporating in other things.
Like so many people, I now work from home and, even though I spend most of my day wearing shorts of comfy pants, I try to make sure I draw a clear line between my office and the rest of my house.
It is very difficult. If you want to create a work-life balance, you need to define what your life is. It must be something you enjoy doing. It is then all about managing your time. As a remote worker, you get the freedom to manage your time. You can create a routine that works for you. You may want to dedicate certain hours to certain tasks. For example, you may want to devote an hour to working on your business and an hour to working on your side projects. It will take several trials and errors before you find the routine that works for you.
